Know what Fundhouse records.

This notice describes the current testnet beta. Public blockchain activity remains public even if you stop using Fundhouse.

Last updated 29 July 2026

01 · Data we receive

  • Your authenticated email and display name.
  • Wallet addresses you verify or save.
  • Profile, fund, campaign, room and support content you submit.
  • Uploaded icons, images and launch media.
  • Public blockchain transactions and contract events.
  • Security, reliability and request logs needed to operate the service.

02 · How we use it

We use data to authenticate accounts, connect verified wallets, operate funds and communities, index onchain state, prevent abuse, answer support requests, monitor reliability and improve Fundhouse.

03 · What becomes public

Wallet addresses, transactions and contract events are public on the relevant chain. Fund names, theses, manager profiles, campaign updates and public-room content can also be visible to anyone. Do not submit secrets or private keys.

04 · Service providers

Fundhouse relies on hosting, authentication, storage, RPC, market-data, wallet and explorer providers. They process the minimum data needed to provide their service under their own terms and privacy notices.

05 · Retention and requests

Application records are retained while needed for the product, security, legal or accounting purposes. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by Fundhouse. Use the support route for an access, correction or deletion request concerning Fundhouse-held data.

06 · Security

Fundhouse separates environments, limits permissions and monitors critical services. No system is perfectly secure. Never send a seed phrase, private key, password or recovery code through Fundhouse support.

07 · Mainnet review

Data controller identity, retention periods, international transfers, cookie treatment and jurisdiction-specific rights require counsel approval before mainnet.
