TESTNET TERMS

Use Fundhouse with clear expectations.

These terms cover the current Fundhouse testnet beta. They do not authorise a mainnet release, which requires separate legal approval.

Last updated 29 July 2026

01 · Current service

Fundhouse currently provides a testnet product for creating, exploring and interacting with tokenised-fund contracts and communities. Test assets have no monetary value. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn while the product is tested.

02 · Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter these terms and must not use Fundhouse where access would breach applicable law, sanctions or another binding restriction. Do not use the service to evade financial, market, identity or consumer-protection rules.

03 · Wallets and transactions

You control your external wallet. Fundhouse does not ask for or store your seed phrase or private key. A wallet signature or submitted transaction can be public and irreversible. Review the network, contract, asset, amount and permissions in your wallet before confirming.

04 · No advice or custody

Fundhouse is not currently a broker, custodian, bank, investment adviser or fiduciary. Product information, manager posts, community content and AI output are not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

05 · Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for truthful fund information, lawful promotion, disclosed fees, asset and venue choices, community conduct and compliance in every jurisdiction where they operate. Fundhouse may restrict or remove content and access to protect users or the service.

06 · Acceptable use

Do not exploit the service, misrepresent identity or performance, manipulate markets, upload unlawful material, harass others, distribute malware or interfere with Fundhouse infrastructure. Automated access must respect published permissions and rate limits.

07 · Availability and risk

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Chains, wallets, RPC providers, pools, oracles, indexers and third-party services can fail or become unavailable. Read the risk disclosures before using the product.

08 · Mainnet boundary

These testnet terms are an engineering baseline, not counsel approval. Mainnet terms, eligibility, entity, jurisdiction, financial-promotion and dispute provisions must be approved before real-money writes are enabled.
